Monday 6.30 - 7.30 pm

A slow and strong Scaravelli inspired class. Begining each class with a body scan and breath work to relax and centre. Then working from the ground up we will practice sun salutations, flowing postures, balanced and end the class with a guided meditation.
Open to all levels, with variations to find an option that works for you whether beginner or experienced yogis.
Intimate class with 8 max, run in 6 week courses - each class with an independent theme.
Yoga mats and blocks provided. I advise bringing blankets / a pillow for mediations.

a fine balance, saffron walden cb10 1hl
AFB Flow class. Vinyasa inspired flow at a slightly slower pace to find grounding, correct alignment and discover how your body moves intuitively.
A 50min shorter class. We start spending a little time connecting to and slowing down the breath to feel calm. Then picking up the pace and moving through the class in an arc, following a ladder style yoga flow and then slowing back down to finish with mediation or guided pranayama breath work.

1 hour or 1.5 hour private 1 : 1 sessions are available either in the comfort of your own home or within a hired studio.
Located in Saffron Walden and surrounding Essex / Cambridgeshire.

A 1 : 1 Yoga session is for anyone. It is great for a beginner or even more experienced yogi who wants a little more of a personal experience. A private yoga class is also often chosen by someone recovering from an injury or operation as the class can be more precisely modified around sensitive areas.

Sessions cost between £55 - £65 payable 24hr before the session.
With a £35 deposit at the time of booking.
